New Learning Publishing – Digital Product Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing digital educational resources from New Learning Publishing. By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products

  • All products sold by New Learning Publishing are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.
  • After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to download your files.

2. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase includes a single-user license.

This license allows you to:

  • Download your purchased files.
  • Print the materials as many times as needed for your own classroom, homeschool, or personal educational use.
  • Store the files on your personal devices for future use.
  • Use the materials with the students you personally teach.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share, email, or distribute the digital files to others.
  • Upload the files to websites, cloud storage, social media, or file-sharing services where others can access them.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files in any format.
  • Modify the materials and sell them as your own.
  • Claim ownership of any New Learning Publishing content.

If additional teachers or classrooms need access, separate licenses must be purchased unless a multi-user or school license has been obtained.

4. Copyright

All products are protected by United States and international copyright laws. All content remains the intellectual property of New Learning Publishing and may not be reproduced or distributed beyond the scope of the purchased license.

5. Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not available once a product has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive a defective file, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in obtaining a working copy.

6. Product Updates

From time to time, New Learning Publishing may update or improve products. Purchasing a product does not guarantee access to future revisions or editions unless specifically stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Learning Publishing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our educational materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
